Overview

INS Bioscience Berhad (INSBio) is the first listed bioscience technology company in Malaysia that specializes in the scientific research and development (R&D) as well as commercialization of bioscience products. With an integrated approach in its supply-chain management, INSBio manages the entire “seed-to-shelf” process, stemming from the cultivation of raw materials, processing and manufacturing to the marketing and distribution of bioscience products.

INSBio was incorporated on July 2003, in the name of INS Bioscience Sdn Bhd, as an investment holding company principally engaged in the businesses of research and development and consultancy in biotechnology. In 2004, INSBio was converted into a public limited company and subsequently on 26 July 2005 it was listed on the Mesdaq market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

The management team in INSBio is made up of highly experienced and knowledgeable individuals, such as professionals from a wide range of business sectors with in-depth managerial experiences as well as renowned academic researchers from prestigious Universities in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Japan and the United States of America, who are responsible for leading the company in the discovery, development and commercialization of food base health supplements.
